Along with Japanese junior high school teachers, Austin spent the weekend in Kobe and Osaka, visiting shrines, comedy shows, music venues and eateries. Here are his pictures along with some of his comments:
"At Subway got my turkey sub sandwich fix quelled. Graduation went great, was in the class photo. Kobe beef last night was great. Saw the famous Osaka comedy show called Yoshimoto. Have field trip to candy factory tomorrow with Kindergarten...should be cute. Have Wed. off bc of graduation and Friday for Japan holiday...needless to say Ill need it. Still in Kobe listening to the Incans. Heading back to Tsuyama soon. (by train)."
